1. We offer a 1-week checking warranty on all of our products. Our customers can easily exchange in case the product is delivered damaged or faulty. 

2. Any complaint must be raised with a short video and pictures at lelotoys.shop@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +92 3141132228.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy
Refund & Exchange will be entertained if we are informed within 2 days of delivery. In case of a return, customers are required to send the product back to the return address mentioned on the package slip within 3–4 days. The refund will be initiated within 48 hours to the bank account provided by the customer. A standard delivery charge of Rs. 200 will be deducted as a one-way shipping fee.

4. Colors may vary upon delivery of your merchandise. (Unless you have paid extra for the desired color) colors are not covered under any Exchange or Refund Policy.

5. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

6. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
