Once an order is placed, our team will confirm availability and shipping details before processing.
📌 Note: For orders of Rs. 10,000 or above, customers are required to pay a Rs. 300 security deposit in advance. This amount will be deducted from the final total and is refundable in case of cancellation by the customer.

Nationwide Delivery Available
- Karachi: Same-day delivery available via Bike Rider services (e.g., Bykea, Yango).
Customer books and pays for the courier.
- Other Cities: Overnight delivery available via TCS (advance & extra payment required)
Courier Partners: Call Courier, PostEx, and TCS (on request with advance payment)
Delivery Charges (DC):
- Standard DC: Rs. 200
- FREE Shipping on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more
🕑 Delivery Timeframes
- Karachi: 1–2 working days
- Within Sindh: 2–3 working days
- Outside Sindh: 4–6 working days

Return & Exchange Policy
1. We offer a 1-week checking warranty on all of our products. Our customers can easily exchange in case the product is delivered damaged or faulty.
2. Any complaint must be raised with a short video and pictures at lelotoys.shop@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 0333 2787714.
3. Refund & Exchange will be entertained if we are informed within 2 days of delivery. In case of return customers will have to send us the product back to the return address mentioned on the package slip within 3-4 days, and the refund will be initiated within 48hrs to the bank account provided by the customer. Rs. 200 will be deducted as a one-way delivery charge on orders availing free delivery.
4. Colors may vary upon delivery of your merchandise. (Unless you have paid extra for the desired color) colors are not covered under any Exchange or Refund Policy.
5. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
6. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
